The Cultural & Social Club is one of KSU's most active student communities, but its work lived only in scattered social posts — initiatives, workshops and visits with real impact had no persistent home. The club needed a platform that could carry its identity, archive its activity, and take event registration seriously.

I led the UI/UX design while serving as Head of the club's Media Committee — which meant owning both the interface and the visual voice it speaks with: information architecture, the design system in Figma, and working alongside the club's development team through build and launch.

The constraints were the honest kind: volunteer developers, real deadlines around semester events, and content that changes with every initiative. I structured the site around the club's actual operating model — identity, values, initiatives, events, partners — designed Arabic-first, and kept every template simple enough for a student team to maintain after handoff.

• Arabic-first, RTL-native. Not a translated afterthought — typography, alignment and flow are designed in Arabic from the start.
• A dark, premium identity. Deliberately unlike the default student-club look; the club's sparkle mark and deep surfaces give it an institutional confidence.
• Initiatives and events as a system. Filterable event types (workshops, talks, visits), registration states and an "await what's next" rhythm instead of a static news page.
• Credibility surfaced. Impact numbers and partner logos — including stc — presented up front, because a club asking for members and partners must show its track record.

The platform is live and in use by the club and its community. Leading design inside the organization I was designing for taught me the difference between decorating an org and representing one — and that maintainability is a design requirement when your "client" graduates every year. Designed in Figma; built and shipped with the club's development team.
